first the IP seems incorrect because the default psx ip and correct one is 192.168.137.1 and must software regognize this automatically.

first change language by start.

for changing language in psx must go on 5th tab 

then select English like the pic. 

now psx ask to reboot for language change and do it.

this is correct IP and port that psx show you, means all network setting is correct and ready to connect to pc.

RUN PSX and go to your PS4 or PS5 for next step.

then use psx ip in proxy server setting in your ps5 (same as ps4 )
